Tobias is a certified sexsibilitycoach and communicologist. He has studied methods such as Wheel of Consent, Feldenkrais, Original Play, Kleintechnique, Alexandertechnique, mediation, Non-Violoent Communication, mindfulness, Ritual Play, Erotic Blueprint, breath- and energy orgasms, dearmoring, and trauma healing.
Together with Lisa Lo, he is the co-founder of Spize – A school of pleasure, presence, and spiritual growth. They bring a growing community in Stockholm for conscious intimacy.
