Sanna is a Somatic Trauma & Intimacy Coach, specialized in how attachment trauma affects our capacity to have healthy & loving relationships. She holds sessions & courses for individuals & couples that are longing for deep intimacy but is experiencing challenges & fears around it.
Her intuitive capacity, wisdom & warmth guides others to meet even their darkest corners with love & compassion. A big part of her work is to support others to become aware of & integrate the survival strategies that were created early in life, which was most necessary back then but which today is creating great difficulties to have healthy relationships & experiencing authentic & deep intimacy.
Sanna is passionate about living in close contact with her true essence which wants to bloom beyond all of the survival strategies & to support others to do this as well. With her many years of deep inner work, she guides you with self-embodied tools & practices of SE, Polyvagal Theory, NARM, Tantra & Taosim.

During this workshop you will get basic understanding around your nervous system, how it may impact your life and practice how to regulate both self and others. We will share experiences from how we use this as a resource in our relating and challenges you might meet.

You will get basic understanding around your nervous system, how it may impact your life and your relationships. We will share how we use this resource when challenges arises in the in life- You´ll practice & experience:
