Lynn Kreaden is the founder of Lifeworks NY and a Senior Faculty member of The Institute Core Energetics in New York. With over 35 years' experience in intimacy and sexuality, she works with singles and couples, as well as survivors of generational, cultural and sexual trauma. She has a private practice in NYC where she leads workshops and training seminars on intimacy, sexuality and connection.

Lynn teaches internationally, where her unique combination of subtle energy healing, deep relating, and embodied practices lead people to return to their innate wisdom. Lynn’s platform is about opening the conversations needed today about connection, sex, consent and intimacy, including the interface of technology and how that is increasingly changing the landscape of how we relate. Her passion is helping people remember and live the deliciousness of their being at every level, in all aspects of their lives.

Sacred Sexual Body Readings

Join Lynn as she guides you through a journey of your body’s sexual energetics. Several participants will be invited to have their bodies read, in front of the group, and go through a small process that can shift their consciousness to be able to inhabit their sexual energy with deeper awareness and aliveness. The reading will be done semi-clothed or if desired unclothed. We will have time for 5 readings.

Take A Risk

Take A Risk is a large group process where individuals volunteer to come to the front of the room to share and reveal a vulnerable part of themselves. I will then do a piece of process work with the person that could involve the group or other people in service of exploring the issue in a deeper more meaningful way.
