Aleksandar Petrovic

Nine years ago, travelling the Transibirian railway, I read The Power of Now (written by Eckhart Tolle), and it changed the path of my life. Since then I have been deeply interested in spirituality and personal growth. I even thought I was enlightened for a while, haha. Which I was clearly not. Today I am more humble and try to live a conscious life, day by day, deepening my awareness and connection with life.

I have studied Communicology, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and the next step is to study psychology. I have also been blessed with the opportunity to found the Mindfulness-Based Teacher Association Sweden (mbtasweden.org) together with amazing mindfulness teachers.

 

I am also deeply grateful for the opportunity to share the gift of mindfulness with you here at the Stockholm Tantra Festival. Let us together fall into silence, get in touch with our hearts, deeply relax and remember our true essence. Our freedom.

Falling Awake - Mindfulness Meditation

Saturday 9:00-10:20

Room 4, Trekanten 

Start your day with a deep plunge into awareness. Dive into your body and heart, and let your mind relax in safe stillness. With nothing to achieve, we will explore silence and what happens to us when we go from doing - to simply being.

 

We will start off with a quick check-in and make sure that everyone finds a comfortable position. Thereafter there will be a guided meditation, to create a solid ground for awareness, before we open up and let silence fill the outer and inner space.

 

No need for prior experience.

The Pleasure of No Doing - Mindfulness Meditation 

Saturday & Sunday13:00-14:30

Room 4, Trekanten 

Give yourself the absolute pleasure of falling into stillness. Through meditation we get the opportunity to let our body and mind relax, and get in deep touch with our hearts and life.

 

This will be a time where there is nothing you need to do, no one you need to be, but yourself. Free from stress, distractions, demands and other peoples expectations. Give time for the impact of the workshops to settle in your system. Recover and re-ground in awareness. Before you head out and keep rocking the festival.

 

The session will be open, so you can drop in and out how you choose. Most of the time we will reside in stillness, with occasional guiding words. Any experience of meditation is welcome, even if there is none.
